WORK HISTORY

2/2004-10/2006            Artist for SCEA Bend            Bend, OR

Hired by  SONY Computer entertainment America’s development studio in Bend, Oregon to work as an Environment Artist on the PSP title Syphonfilter: Dark Mirror.
Assignments included brainstorm sessions for level ideas, creating environments in 3D studio Max, texturing environments with textures created in Photo Shop and creating dramatic lighting for the environments.  Also responsible for managing small groups of artists, delegating tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of assignments.

3/2001 -2/2004            Contract Artist/SHABA GAMES            Portland, OR

Worked as a contractor for Shaba Games/Activision.  Worked on titles including Wakeboarding Unleashed Featuring Shaun Murray  for PS1 and Xbox, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 for PS1, and Mat Hoffman’s Pro BMX for PS1.
Assignments included Concept drawings for levels, creating environments in 3D studio Max, texturing environments with textures created in Photo Shop.  Was responsible for modeling and texturing all wakeboarding boats, going on location to digitally photograph boats and environments to be used for reference material and textures.

8/1999 -2/2001            Artist for SHABA GAMES            San Francisco, CA

Worked on the titles Grind Session skateboarding and Razor Scooters for PS1.
Assignments included brainstorm sessions for level ideas, doing concept drawing for levels, creating environments in 3D studio Max, texturing environments with textures in Photo Shop and creating dramatic lighting for the environments.  Also, went on location to digitally photograph environments for textures and reference material.

12/1995 -6/1999            Artist for Crystal Dynamics            Menlo Park, CA

Worked on the titles Pandemonium 2, and Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, for the PS1.
Assignments included developing concept art, creating texture sets, texturing and lighting levels.

1990-1992            Desktop Publishing for Electronic Easel            St. Paul MN

Worked as an intern while going to graphic design school.  Assignments included color correcting images in Photoshop, placing images in Quark Express, printing pages to film and making proofs of pages for clients.
